The WeightThe weight
of the world
lies heavy
upon shoulders
so weary.
They want to fall!
They want to rest!
But upon them
we all depend,
our lives-
hanging
delicately,
ever so
delicately
in the trust that
our burden
will not
become
too much
someday.

Answer My EyesI've got a question for you.
But I'm not going to ask it with words.
I could ask it with my eyes.
That's how I'd like to ask it.

But do you know me
well enough
to get that
I've got a problem?

I've got a question,
but I'm going to make you
figure it out for
yourself.

So why don't you
answer my eyes?

EvidenceI can see how you'd miss
The blood stains on the towel
Because they're very faint

The way I hesitate when picking up a knife
Because I try to do it very subtly

I can even see how you'd miss
The scars on my arms
Because I always wear long sleeves

But how can you miss
The fact that when I get home
I go upstairs and cry?

How can you miss my panic attacks?
My sleepless nights?
The fact that I'm never happy?

The evidence is all there in front of you
All you have to do

A Beautiful MisunderstandingI tried to tell you
what I thought,

listen to me at all.

when it first came to a start.

the truth
about it all

We Children of the Town1.
Ring around the rosie
Holding hands,
we children dance and sing.
We skip and hop
and never, ever stop.
There's a story to be told here,
one that goes on and on here.
We sing and dance.
And we're the children of the town.

A pocket full o' posy
Picking flowers,
one by one.
They grow in the meadow,
they grow in the forest.
The pretty little things
that make our houses all smell nice.
They make the air smell fresher.

Emo What makes someone "emo"? Emo stands for emotional, yeah? Well, I would say that most people have emotions. But, you know, maybe not the clones.
Aren't they just robots, after all?

But that's not even fair. However much I hate them and however much I'm 100% certain that they hate me, they have feelings too. No matter how much they hurt mine do I have the right to hurt them back?
This is a general argument between those of my species. Of my otherness.

What are the reasons behind the clones? Is it because they genuinely like that sort of outfit/music/TV show/book? Or is it because they are afraid to be themselves. S

Out of TouchDear anyone, dear someone,

I can't write to teen me, because that's who I am right now. I can't write to past me, because what am I going to tell a child? What does she know of teenagers besides over dramatized novels and TV shows? And I can't write to future me, because all that'd leave me would be questions that I don't want to think about.
So who do I write my letter to?
I'm out of touch with this world and theirs, because it's hard to keep above the water. Sometimes I hold my breath until I think I'll burst, just to see what it feels like.
The scratches on my arms fade after an hour, and I wish I was brave enough to l

OverActive ImaginationLike verbal synesthesia,
snap
crackle
pop
in my head.
Words go

bang bang bang

and all I think are flashes.

Computer fans are white noise
and clicking keys a melody.
I sleep on piles of books
and tell myself bedtime stories
that never, ever end.
It's the same one, every night.

and over
and over
and over
and over.......
I edit, even in my head.

One color brings four hundred synonyms to mind
and the feeling of fabric is like a burst of light.
Looking at a photograph is often over whelming,
and all I want to do is know what
